If you’re not jetting off somewhere warm and tropical for spring break, there’s a cheaper way to entertain the kids during their time off from school.
The 11th Annual Festival of Fools begins Saturday at The Forks. The Winnipeg International Children’s Festival event will run all week until Saturday, April 2.
Kids will enjoy entertainment, face painting and hands-on activities, including daily half-hour workshops designed to exercise the creativity of young minds. The workshops happen at 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. daily (plus 2:30 p.m. on weekends) at The Forks Market “Centre Circle”.
Craft tables, magicians, jugglers and clowns will all be part of the fun.
On Sunday, March 27, organizers will hold a special preview of the 29th Annual Kidsfest from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
