Applications are now available for scholarship and apprentice opportunities with the Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre.
The Jean Murray-Moray Sinclair Theatre Scholarship is designed for full-time students wanting to make a professional career in theatre. The Naomi Levin Theatre Scholarship is for full-time technical theatre/production students intending to pursue a professional career in technical theatre or non-students who are apprenticed to a professional theatre.
Finally, the Jean Murray-Moray Sinclair Theatre Apprenticeships are for emerging professional artists and craftspeople who are looking for opportunities to gain experience in professional theatre and have graduated from an accredited program in the last two academic years.
Applications can be downloaded and submitted by May 2, 2011. Auditions and interviews take place May 16-17.
