A large gathering of very generous Winnipeggers filled Hu’s Asian Bistro downtown Thursday night for the “Be a Good Egg” Celebrity Fundraiser.
Local well-knowns created ceramic art pieces to be auctioned off in support of the SMD Foundation/Easter Seals of Manitoba.
The hand-crafted artwork was auctioned off for some hefty prices to go toward assisting Manitobans living with disabilities.
A final tally on how much money was raised wasn’t immediately available Friday morning.
