Ongoing construction on the Disraeli Bridges will close the on and off ramps between North Point Douglas and the southbound Disraeli Freeway today.
Alternate routes between North Point Douglas and Henderson Highway are Main Street and the Redwood Bridge, and Higgins Avenue via the Louise Bridge.
Adjacent sidewalks and pedestrian access will also be closed. Temporary sidewalks will be constructed to provide access to bus stops on the Disraeli Freeway.
The closures will remain in effect until summer 2012.
