Winnipeggers with a sweet tooth were in chocolate heaven over the weekend during Tour du Chocolat at The Forks.
For $5, chocolate-tasters received a ‘passport’ to try an array of chocolate flavours from a number of vendors during the two-day event.
Besides the usual types of chocolate, there was chocolate bacon and deep-fried Mars bars. Yum!
All proceeds from the event went to the Canadian Cancer Society.
