The Winnipeg Folk Festival announced its Main Stage line-up on Friday, and southern songstress Lucinda Williams is being touted as the big draw.
The three-time Grammy Award winner will make her first appearance at the Folk Festival on Friday, July 8 — the same day k.d. lang also takes the stage.
Other acts announced include Blue Rodeo and Melissa McClelland on July 6, and Tegan and Sara on July 7.
Short set acts have yet to be unveiled.
Early bird tickets for the Winnipeg Folk Festival are on sale until May 31 through Ticketmaster. Five-day passes are $175 for adults, $101.66 for youth and seniors and $10.48 for children (5-14).
