Local Media Do Their Part for McHappy Day

May 12, 2011 7:31 AM | News

Joe Aiello and Kathy Kennedy from 92 CITI FM broadcast live from the McDonald's at 47 Goulet Street on Wednesday, May 11, 2011. The station was one of many local organizations helping to raise money for McHappy Day. One dollar from every Big Mac sandwich, McMuffin sandwich and Happy Meal sold went to support Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of Canada, the Ronald McDonald House program and local children's charities across the country. More than $3 million was raised this year, marking the 17th annual fundraiser. (TED GRANT / CHRISD.CA)
