Dentists aren’t known for performing on stage, so that’s why they present a play at Prairie Theatre Exchange, it’s a sight to be seen.

Little Shop Of Horrors — The All-Dentist Musical began Thursday night and includes a cast of 15 Manitoba dentists starring in a rousing musical black comedy, first performed off-Broadway in 1982.

Little Shop Of Horrors is the story of a nerdy florist shop worker who raises a vicious plant that feeds on human blood.

Tickets to this evening’s performance, including a gala, are $85 and include a tax receipt for $25 and post-show reception.

The show will begin at 8 p.m. at PTE on the 3rd Floor of Portage Place Shopping Centre.

Another performance will run Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. Tickets are $50 by calling the box office at (204) 942-5483.
