If you’re one of the few people who still use a phone book, the City of Winnipeg is reminding residents to recycle their old ones.
Phone books can be placed in any blue box for recycling on the curb, or in any “Paper” bin at the seven recycling depots throughout the city.
The depots are open 24 hours a day and located at Garden City Shopping Centre, Southdale Shopping Centre, St. James Civic Centre, Ravelston Avenue at Chrislind Street, 1539 Waverley Street, Pan Am Pool, and Magnus Eliason Recreation Centre.
