Vision Quest Conference Begins in City Today

This year’s Vision Quest Conference begins today at the Winnipeg Convention Centre and will include a free, public trade show.

Over 80 exhibitors will show off their wares, from business suppliers, service providers, hospitality groups, economic organizations are a handful of others.

A wide selection of artists will have one-of-a-kind gifts and artwork available for purchase.

The Trade Show will run today from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Hall B on the third floor, and on Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Vision Quest brings together innovators, entrepreneurs and business leaders to discuss and promote Aboriginal business, community and economic development.

This year’s keynote speakers include Roberta Jamieson, CEO of the National Aboriginal Achievement Foundation, and on Thursday, former NHL All-Star and Manitoba native Theoren Fleury will speak.
