Local jewelry designer Hilary Druxman has created a new jewelry line in support of the redevelopment of Assiniboine Park and the Assiniboine Park Zoo.
Druxman, owner and operator of Hilary Druxman Design, launched the line on Wednesday evening during an event in the Exchange District.
“I adore Assiniboine Park and what it means for Manitobans,” Druxman said in a release. “The Park and Zoo have given me and my family so many wonderful memories and this was my opportunity to give something back.”
Collection No. 56 was inspired by the Park, and includes its signature piece of a Willow Leaf.
The Willow Leaf features an elegant silver willow leaf inspired by the willow tunnels scattered within Assiniboine Park’s new Nature Playground, and is further accented by a stone of emerald green.
The piece of jewelry will be available for $35 at Hilary Druxman’s studio at 258 McDermot Avenue or online at HilaryDruxman.com.
