Artists submissions have been called for the 6th annual Aboriginal Peoples Choice Music Awards (APCMAs).
The APCMAs are part of the Manito Ahbee Festival, and will be held in Winnipeg on November 3 and 4, 2011. Submissions are wanted by Aboriginal artists from across Canada and North America, and Indigenous artists from around the world.
Fans and industry stakeholders vote online for their favourites before the winners are crowned.
If an Aboriginal artist has released a single or album between June 30, 2009 and June 30, 2011, they are eligible to submit to the 2011 APCMA’s. Deadline for artist submissions is June 30, 2011 at 5 p.m. CT. Submission forms are available at AboriginalPeoplesChoice.com.
