A 24-year-old man was killed Wednesday night in a two-vehicle crash in the RM of Cornwallis.
RCMP say the crash happened at about 7:30 p.m. at an intersection controlled by a stop sign.
A 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier heading northbound on Road 113 collided with a 2004 Ford Escape heading westbound on PR 349.
The 24-year-old area man driving the Cavalier was pronounced deceased at the scene, while the driver and passenger in the Escape were taken to hospital with minor, undetermined injuries.
Speed and alcohol are not considered factors in the crash, but seat belt use is being investigated.
The man’s name isn’t being released.
