Representatives from five major banks will step up to the plate today in support of the United Way.
More than 120 employees from BMO, CIBC, RBC, Scotiabank and TD Canada Trust will take to the field at Provencher Park beginning at 9 a.m. At noon, games will move to Shaw Park for the remainder of the day-long tournament.
This year’s Battle of the Banks V is expected to raise more than $4,000 in support of United Way’s programs.
The tournament will run until 7 p.m.
