Two Winnipeg Blue Bombers have received CFL honours coming off of their 33-24 win last week over the Toronto Argonauts.
Quarterback Buck Pierce was named Offensive Player of the Week, while receiver Cory Watson was named Player of the Week.
Pierce completed 22 of 27 passes for 361 yards and three touchdowns. His 81% completion percentage was the highest amongst all starting quarterbacks and it marked his tenth 300-yard passing game of his career.
Watson caught seven passes for 75 yards including two big second down receptions.
The Bombers host the BC Lions on Thursday at Canad Inns Stadium
