Manitoba Hydro will soon begin a search to replace its outgoing president and CEO Bob Brennan, who announced his retirement on Wednesday.
Brennan is leaving the Crown corporation after nearly 47 years, where he spent his entire professional career.
Brennan will stay on to assist Hydro’s Board of Directors find a successor, with the search expected to take several months. The Board anticipates to have a replacement by early 2012.
An international search with an executive search firm will assist in the process in finding candidates for the CEO position.
