A new art program will launch today as part of the second annual Culture Days celebration happening this weekend.

Pop-Up Art in the Exchange is the vision of the Exchange District BIZ, meant to transform empty storefronts into a “moveable feast of public art and exhibitions.”

Two of the nine exhibits include Peepshow by Diffraction Unlimited and Cartography by Scott Fitzpatrick.

Other exhibits include Flood Series by Peter Graham, Body Pillows by Robin Wall, custom light fixtures by Mann Made Media, Three Figures by Rowan Gray, Surface Tension by River on the Run Artist Collective, Folkloric Venezuelan Dolls by Susana Meza and With Permission by Graffiti Art Programming.

The Pop-Up Art exhibitions can be viewed at the Bedford retail space at 100 King Street, Creswin Properties at 35 Albert Street and the James Avenue Pump House at 109 James Avenue along Waterfront Drive.
