The Garrick Centre will be the scene for the Arthritis Society’s Sex and the City Premiere Fundraising Event on Thursday, October 6.
From 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., guests will enjoy the high life with a red carpet, cosmos, special screening of the movie, martini bar, paparazzi, appetizers, a fashion show, and a schwag bag.
Tickets are $50 each (or four for $175) and come with a $25 tax receipt.
Prizes for the best dressed “Sex and the City” character will be awarded. A silent auction will also be part of the night’s fun.
More than 200,000 Manitobans live with arthritis, most of whom are women. Proceeds from the fundraiser will go to support arthritis research.
