A 33-year-old man was killed after being ejected from his vehicle early Sunday morning on Highway 83.
Manitoba RCMP say the single-vehicle crash happened at about 4:20 a.m. near Asessippi Valley in the RM of Shellmouth-Boulton.
According to police, the man’s 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt was travelling southbound when it lost control and rolled into the ditch.
The driver died a short time later at Russell Hospital. No one else was in the vehicle.
Alcohol and speed are considered to be contributing factors.
The driver’s name isn’t being released.
