Circus Science Exhibit Opening at the Manitoba Museum

October 7, 2011 7:18 AM | Entertainment

A brand new exhibit opens today at the Manitoba Museum and visitors will be stepping right up.

Watch:

Circus! Science Under the Big Top will allow the public to experience the circus like never before. The museum’s Alloway Hall will host the exhibit, which includes the ability to test your balance on a high wire cable suspended nearly three metres in the air.

Other attractions include the famous flying trapeze, the human cannonball, and learning how to swallow a sword (safely, of course).

Children and adult kids alike can also dress up in a variety of circus costumes to really get them in the mood.

The exhibit will run until April 9.

Admission is $10 for adults, $8 for youth (ages three to 17) and seniors (60+), and $36 for families (two adults and four children).
