The exciting Winnipeg lineup for “We Day” is set to be announced Wednesday by the founder of Free the Children.
Craig Kielburger will be in the city to reveal who will be joining former U.S. vice-president Al Gore and 16,000 students leaders at MTS Centre on November 23.
The lineup will consist of Nobel Peace Laureates, world-renowned social activists, and Golden Globe and JUNO Award winners.
We Day is part of an educational opportunity called the We Schools in Action program. The year-long program sees young people turn their inspiration into action by committing to take one local and one global action throughout the school year.
The reveal will take place at Canad Inns Fort Garry, 1824 Pembina Highway, tomorrow at 10 a.m.
