The Friends of the Canadian Wheat Board are holding a rally this afternoon, which will affect traffic heading eastbound on Portage Avenue.
Winnipeg police will be escorting the FCWB procession, which begins at the Red River Exhibition Grounds, and will end up heading northbound on Main Street. The group will conclude their demonstration on McDermot Avenue.
The east side curb lane of Main Street, directly in front of the Canadian Wheat Board, will be closed until 1:30 p.m.
The procession will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
