Daylight Saving Time Ending, Clocks Roll Back an Hour

By David Klassen

Daylight saving time will end early Sunday morning, when Manitoba residents will need to turn their clocks back one hour.

The time change officially happens at 2 a.m. tomorrow, so don’t forget to adjust your clocks before heading to bed tonight.

Daylight saving time will resume the second Sunday in March, when clocks will be set one hour ahead for the spring.

Officials say it’s also a great time to check the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
