The first annual public meeting to discuss the Canadian Museum for Human Rights will be held on Tuesday, December 6.
It’s an opportunity for the public to get an update on key accomplishments from the past fiscal year, including progress on the construction of the museum and the continuing development of content and programming for the museum’s opening.
CMHR Board of Trustees chairman Arni Thorsteinson and CMHR president and CEO Stuart Murray will be on hand to update the museum’s progress.
The meeting will be held from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Manitoba Museum, 190 Rupert Avenue. Those who wish to attend can RSVP by e-mail to rsvp@humanrightsmuseum.ca or by calling (204) 289-2103.
Coffee and tea will be served prior to the event.
