Teams have been set for the first annual Winnipeg Jets Skills Competition on Tuesday.
Presented by The Home Depot, Team White will be led by Evander Kane, Zach Bogosian, and Bryan Little, up against Team Blue — guided by Dustin Byfuglien, Alex Burmistrov, and Andrew Ladd.
The rest of Team White will be made up of Mark Stuart, Tim Stapleton, Jim Slater, Kyle Wellwood, Mark Flood, Ron Hainsey, Chris Thorburn and Ondrej Pavelec. Team Blue will round out with Johnny Oduya, Kenndal McArdle, Tanner Glass, Blake Wheeler, Eric Fehr, Nik Antropov, Brett Festerling, Paul Postma, Chris Mason and Peter Mannino.
Competitions include the fastest skater, hardest shot, accuracy shooting, puck control relay, and breakaway competition.
Proceeds from the evening will benefit the Winnipeg Jets True North Foundation and the NHLPA Goals and Dreams Fund.
Tickets are $12.50 and $17.50 and are available through Ticketmaster. The competition begins at 7 p.m.
