Woody's Mexican Lime Alcoholic Vodka Beverage (HANDOUT)
The Manitoba Liquor Control Commission is pulling all Woody’s alcoholic beverage products from store shelves in the province.
The move follows a warning last week from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) that the company’s Mexican lime vodka cooler may contain fragments of glass. At that time, the MLCC only recalled the one product.
The MLCC is now suspending the sale of all Woody’s products until further notice, including:
- Woody’s Blackcurrant Apple 330 ml
- Woody’s Blueberry 330 ml
- Woody’s Pink Grapefruit 330 ml
- Woody’s Sasparilla 330 ml
- Pomtini Vodka & Pomegranite 330 ml
Customers who have previously purchased these products can return them to their local Liquor Mart or liquor vendor for a full refund.
