Santa Claus will make an early visit to Winnipeg this weekend before returning in about a month’s time.
The man in red will be at the City of Winnipeg’s Animal Services Agency on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to take pet photos. Pet owners are invited to bring their furry friends to 1057 Logan Avenue to get a holiday portrait taken.
Besides cats and dogs, all animals are welcome as long as they’re comfortably restrained.
The cost of a print is $10, or $15 for both a print and e-mail version of the photos. All proceeds go towards the Animal Services Agency’s Dog Education and Adoption Program.
