The province plans to turn on a new traffic control signal Thursday in northwest Winnipeg.
The new traffic lights will be on Inkster Boulevard (PR 221) at Roy Roche Drive, Manitoba Infrastructure and Transportation said in a news release. The lights will control vehicles on a stretch of Inkster that was recently widened.
Motorists familiar with the area likely saw roadside signs warning them of the new addition.
The lights will be turned on at 10 a.m.
