Tourism Winnipeg has made it a little easier to find the best places to eat, shop and visit in the city.
The new Neighbourhoods web portal at TourismWinnipeg.com features 326 suggestions for people to spend their leisure time and dollars visiting attractions, dining out and shopping. The site includes photos and descriptions of 22 neighbourhoods and will also help guide out-of-towners to the best destinations in town.
“With the holidays upon us, this site is a great resource for Winnipeggers hosting guests,” said Chantal Sturk-Nadeau, senior vice president of Tourism Winnipeg. “Locals and visitors can explore the online neighbourhoods information in depth and really get a feel for favourite places and hidden gems in Winnipeg.”
Updates to the site will be made quarterly to keep content fresh.
