A Brandon, Manitoba landmark is in the spotlight after appearing in a national TV ad campaign for Molson Canadian beer.
The water tower — a famous symbol in the city’s east end — is shown in the ad titled “Perfect Conditions,” along with the outdoor skating rink at the East End Community Centre.
The ad began running on Boxing Day and was uploaded to YouTube on December 22, where it’s been viewed approximately 6,400 times.
Brandon Wheat Kings defenceman Scott Hlady is also featured in the ad, shown skating among fellow hockey players on the ice.
Other Manitoba scenes in the commercial include shots of Oak Lake and a Minnedosa-area farm.
