Suspects Arrested in Rural Home Invasion

Four men have been arrested after a break and enter where a teen was allegedly assaulted inside her home.

RCMP say on January 5, a 17-year-old female in the RM of Hanover called police claiming she was threatened by her ex-boyfriend. On the way to the scene, officers were informed there had been multiple suspects involved, who broke in and later took off in a vehicle.

The vehicle was located and four men — ranging in age from 18- to 20-years-old — were arrested. They face multiple charges, including break and enter, assault, assault with a weapon/cause bodily harm, and uttering threats. They remain in custody.

Police are also seeking to locate a fifth suspect.

No names have been released.
