Fans get to see Winnipeg Jets forward Jim Slater at work all the time by attending games at MTS Centre. Now the tables have turned and Slater himself will be visiting fans at their workplace.
It’s all part of the Take a Jet to Work contest put on by the Jets, where the team will be choosing the hardest working Jets fans through a random draw. Fans can submit where they work and what they do to WinnipegJets.com/jimslater.
Slater will make a number of workplace visits throughout the 2011-2012 hockey season.
