Vandals caused an estimated $20,000 in damage to the Redboine Boating Club on Sunday night.

The incident happened just before 8 p.m. at 20 Churchill Drive. Winnipeg police say three male youths — all approximately 16-years-old and wearing dark clothing — were seen in the area at the time glass was heard breaking.

The vandals extensively damaged the interior of the building, including the windows, doors and electronic items. Power tools and lawn equipment was also stolen from the club.

Anyone with information about the incident or suspects should call police at (204) 986-2877 or Crime Stoppers at (204) 786-TIPS (8477).
