Winnipeg police direct traffic at the intersection of McPhillips Street and Jefferson Avenue during a power outage on Tuesday, February 7, 2012. Manitoba Hydro cut power to numerous areas in the North End at the start of rush hour in order to repair damage caused by a pole top fire at hydro's McPhillips Street station last week.
