A Lac du Bonnet was killed Monday afternoon after being involved in a two-vehicle crash with a dump truck.
The collision happened at about 3:15 p.m. in the RM of Lac du Bonnet. According to Manitoba RCMP, the woman was driving a compact sedan travelling northbound on Belluk Road when it collided with an eastbound travelling tandem dump truck on PR 313.
The woman was pronounced deceased at the scene, while the male driver of the truck was taken to hospital with undetermined injuries.
Road conditions at the time of the crash were reported to be in good condition. Speed and alcohol are not considered factors.
Police are continuing to investigate.
