The Manitoba Liberals will hold a second flood forum in Brandon today, where the party will engage citizens and hear from flood-affected Manitobans.

Party leader Jon Gerrard will speak at the Park Community Centre, 1428 Louise Avenue, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The province is expected to release their 2012 spring flood outlook later this week. The U.S. National Weather Service released their own outlook on February 16, predicting minimal risk of flooding due to little snowfall and dry soil.
