A Winnipeg producer and writer have landed a development deal with CTV.
“The Mark of Cain” by producer Shaun Johnson and writer Tammy Marlowe Johnson was selected from a project created in the 2010/11 NSI Totally Television program.
“The development intensives nurtured our series concept, NSI’s amazing mentors championed our ideas, and our trip to Banff got the project into the hands of the hottest people in the industry. We are forever grateful,” the pair said in a joint statement.
“Amnesia Girl” by Toronto-based writer/producer Pat Mills was also picked up by CTV.
The next call for applications for NSI’s Totally Television program is March 2.
