The Winnipeg Comedy Festival has added reality TV vixen Shannon Tweed to their 2012 lineup.
Tweed — the Canadian-born wife of KISS frontman Gene Simmons — will join stand-up comedian and former Winnipegger David Steinberg as host of the WCF’s Friday and Saturday evening galas.
“Police Academy” alum Michael Winslow has also been added, and will appear at Alan Thicke’s “Telethon” gala on April 12.
The Mayan apocalypse-themed fest will run April 5 to 15.
