City Holding Talks on Future of Downtown Parking

By David Klassen

The City of Winnipeg is giving residents, businesses and community groups a chance to have their say on the future of on-street parking downtown.

A public consultation will be held Monday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Winnipeg Convention Centre. A project team will be on hand to answer questions and will deliver a presentation at 5:15 p.m.

No pre-registration is required to attend. A parking survey is also available on the city’s website until March 19.
