At 12:30 p.m., Rae will speak at a Manitoba Chambers of Commerce luncheon at the Radisson hotel downtown.

Liberal MP Kevin Lamoureux will then join Rae at an event at Carte Industries at 3:45 p.m. as the two tour the facility.

The Liberal leader will end his day by attending a reception with business and community leaders from Winnipeg’s multicultural communities at Molgat Place at 5 p.m.

Rae will head west to Saskatoon on Saturday to continue his tour.
