The Winnipeg Blue Bombers are continuing to contact season ticket holders regarding their seat renewals for the new football stadium at the University of Manitoba.
The football club announced Tuesday it has been in contact since March 15 with those season ticket holders through 1999 about securing a seat at Investors Group Field.
“Overall, we are very pleased with how this process is going and the feedback we are receiving,” said Blue Bomber president and CEO Garth Buchko.
The renewal process will continue into April, and once all renewals are completed, Pick 10 holders who placed a deposit will be notified of the opportunity to obtain season tickets. Following that, existing season ticket holders will be notified regarding purchasing extra tickets subject to availability.
Fans can still join the season ticket wait list by putting down a $50 refundable deposit per seat (maximum of two seats) at BlueBombers.com.
