Students on spring break will find plenty to do this week at the Manitoba Museum.

The museum has kicked off its special March programming to cater to kids on break, which runs until March 30 throughout the province.

Circus: Science Under The Big Top will run today, March 30, 31 and April 1 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Linzsanity, a fire-eating, hoop-dancing performer, will perform in the Planetarium Auditorium at 2:30 p.m. on those same days.

The Prairie Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre will be at the museum now until April 1 at 1:15 p.m., where visitors can interact with their talented animals and learn about their behaviour.

A Planetarium show featuring children’s entertainer Fred Penner will run 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Hot 103’s Ace Burpee will narrate “To the Moon,” an exploration of our plant’s natural satellites from all angles at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. daily.

The museum’s spring break hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. For a complete schedule, visit ManitobaMuseum.ca.
