An 18-year-old man was killed early Thursday morning when his vehicle lost control in the RM of Eriksdale.
The accident happened at about 1:45 a.m. when the man’s 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt was travelling southbound on McIntosh Road. RCMP say the driver rolled into the ditch after losing control.
The area man was transported to hospital where he was pronounced deceased. His name will not be released.
Police say seat belt use is considered a factor in the crash.
Collision analysts continue to investigate.
