The Winnipeg Blue Bombers helped to raise $4,000 for Variety, a Children’s Charity of Manitoba through a partnership with Supreme Basics during the 2011 season.
The Pass the Bucks program saw the office supply outlet donate $200 for every passing touchdown last season. Blue Bomber quarterbacks threw 20 touchdown passes.
“The Football Club is once again proud to have been associated with the ‘Pass the Bucks’ programs,” said Blue Bomber president and CEO Garth Buchko. “Supreme Basics deserves all the recognition for this great donation and we are happy to have been able to play a small part.”
