A panel of experts will discuss gender equality on Wednesday at the University of Manitoba as part of an ongoing speaker series.

“Gender Equality: Fact or Fiction?” is the next event in the Visionary Conversations speaker series, led by some of the university’s leading minds and hosted by U of M president and vice-chancellor Dr. David Barnard.

Speakers include Kelley Beaverford (Faculty of Architecture), Sherry Farrell Racette (Faculty of Arts), and Karen Busby and Debra Parkes (Faculty of Law).

The discussion will run from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Robert B. Schultz Theatre at St. John’s College on the U of M’s Fort Garry campus. RSVP to government_community@umanitoba.ca.

The next discussion in the series, “The Food We Eat,” is on June 13.
