RMS Titanic (WIKIPEDIA)

The Manitoba Museum is commemorating the 100th anniversary of the RMS Titanic this weekend.

A special presentation to honour the ship, which sank on April 15, 1912, will be held on Saturday and Sunday in the Grasslands Theatre.

The 45-minute presentation will run at 1, 2 and 3 p.m. both days, and will tell the story of the 13 Manitobans who were on board the doomed ocean liner, as well as the 16 immigrants who were on their way to Manitoba.

The presentation is free with museum gallery admission.
