American blues guitarist Buddy Guy and Grammy Award-winning blues singer Jonny Lang are coming to Winnipeg.
The duo will perform Friday, September 21 at the RBC Theatre at MTS Centre.
A Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee himself, Guy’s 2010 release, Living Proof, won the Grammy for best contemporary blues album. He’s won five other Grammy Awards since 1991. Lang’s success includes six releases, a Grammy Award, and the hits “Lie to Me” and “Wander this World.”
Tickets go on sale Saturday, April 21 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster. Prices range from $39.50 to $59.50.
