‘Family Day of Magic’ Planned for Sunday at MTYP

The Manitoba Theatre for Young People will host “A Family Day of Magic” on Sunday, April 29 in support of Variety, the Children’s Charity.

Several local children’s performers will be honing their acts, including Manitoba favourite Brian Glow.

“We’re looking forward to performing at the new venue this year,” said Loren Findlay of the Magic Club of Winnipeg, the organization behind the event. “The show features all local talent, covering various types of magic and a variety of acts. It’s a fun show for all ages.”

Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the door, in advance at Toad Hall Toys or by calling (204) 772-8837. Showtimes are 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
