Damage is estimated at $80,000 in a fire that destroyed a garage and later spread to a home at 1005 Selkirk Avenue Saturday morning.
The fire started at about 5 a.m. in the detached back lane garage where a car and boat were being stored.
One woman was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The arson unit is investigating the cause.
