Federal Liberal leader Bob Rae will be in Manitoba today to tour St. Theresa Point.
Rae will join provincial Liberal leader Jon Gerrard and MKO Grand Chief David Harper on a tour of the area where they will meet with the local band council and tour homes with no running water.
Prior to the three-hour tour, the three will hold a photo-op in Winnipeg at Stella’s Café on Portage Avenue.
